YUZU'S BLOG!!!

Hey, CVON dudes! You've probably heard me mention my friend Yuzu every once and a while on this blog. But guess what? This mystery girl is no longer a mystery: SHE HAS HER OWN BLOG!!!
It's right here, underneath this message. If you're a fan of Rookie Fiddler and Grell Sutcliff, then you'll love her blog. If you don't know who the hell Grell Sutcliff and Rookie Fiddler are...

Good.

Enjoy Yuzu's blog, everyone. Remember to be kind!

Eden

Where's your Eden? Mine is sitting on a nice little porch with a book, the sound of birds chirping around me. The sun's out and it's a nice, warm, relaxing spring/summer day. The lake that I can see from where I'm sitting on my porch is peaceful and welcoming, stocked up with fish that dance whenever there's fish kibble tossed onto the surface. The wind carries the smell of sun-warmed grass and everything feels as it should be: no stress, no chores, no work that needs to be done for Monday. All that resides is the grip of nature all around me: a bald eagle swoops over the lake in hope of catching something to eat, a small herd of four to dive deer sit contentedly under the shade of a tree, and birds swoop down and around in the air, happy to live on this special day in this wonderful place. Everything is peaceful, serene. All I need is a comfy place to sit on the porch, a can of soda on the table next to me, a book clutched in my light-purple painted fingers, and the calming thought that nothing could bother me in my own patch of Paradise.

I hope you find your Eden on this lovely weekend.
:wishing you lots of hugs and chocolate:, RS

I Have No Life...

Okay, so I was bored, so I created the Bennett Sisters from The Lizzie Bennett Diaries on AzaleasDolls. And now you're being forced to look at my creations. XP
I hope you LBD fans like this. I'm keeping it short because I've had a long day and am now going to sleep until early tomorrow morning (hence my awkwardly structured sentences/current grammar skills).

Night!
<3, RS

p.s. I created these out of what the template provided for me, so don't send me angry e-mails saying how these look nothing like the LBD Bennett Sisters! (theoriginalrspencer@gmail.com) ;)

HAPPY EARTH DAY, EVERYBODY!!!

I'm going to keep this short, because I'm celebrating Earth Day doing an avalanche-sized pile of HW. But anyway, Happy Earth Day, everyone!

100TH POST!!! :D

Celebratory sparkles for your enjoyment! <3

HAPPY 100TH CVON POST, EVERYONE!!!

Looking back at what I've done since I started in September, I've grown from a complete noob who didn't know what the hell she was doing to someone who was more controlled and felt more confidence in herself...

And she's still a huge noob who has no idea what she's doing. ;)

Is this seriously the 100th CVON post? This blog isn't even one year old yet! This is actually pretty scary...

Well, since I have nothing else to say but "HAPPY 100TH POST, EVERYBODY!!!", I'll leave you with some party tunes from YouTube to celebrate with.

Happy 100th post, and may there be many more. Hope to see you guys in the future! :)

College = PAR-TAY TYME!!!

IT'S OFFICIAL: I'M NOW A COLLEGE STUDENT!!! :D

Even though technically I'm still in HS...

I guess I should explain. The current place I go to school now is a nuthouse (in terms of teachers giving tons of HW, i.e. stress, so that I have less of a life than I did before), and will be even more of a nuthouse next year. So I talked with my parents and they helped me enroll in Bellevue College's Running Start program, which is basically getting college credits as a high schooler so you graduate with your AA in hand with your high school diploma. To actually see if I was eligable to enter Running Start, I had to score high enough in the English portion of the COMPASS test. So, earlier today, I went and took my entrance exam...

90 OUT OF 94 ON ENGLISH, BITCHES!!! :D

Anyway, I'm celebrating now with my family and friends who know I'm not coming back next year (sorry, guys!). And (obviously), here on CVON, as depicted with Pinkie Pie destroying a Changeling with her trademark Party Cannon. It'll stay around for a while as we celebrate Creative Voices and Other Nonsense's 100 POST!!! I'm so excited. Keep an eye out for it. I'll make sure it'll be the most awesome yet.

Now, I must go, because I still have HW from the Nuthouse. :(

I'M GOING TO COLLEGE NEXT YEAR, BITCHES!!! :D

The Boston Marathon "Discussion"

Okay, let's sit down for a bit and talk about the Boston Marathon Bombing. For those who don't live in America/don't get world news/live under a rock, at the finish line of this year's Boston Marathon, two bombs were detonated, killing at least two people and injuring hundreds of others (as if you didn't see that on the picture above). Now, the reason I've made this discussion is because of the most obvious (in my mind) question:

WHY?

Was it just for a taste of power and control in the world? Was it to tell people "don't f*** with me"? Was it because someone's fed up with their life and is blowing off some stress in an extreme way? Well, whatever it really is, whoever you are, you have contributed a whole lot of panic, injured people, and probably a new branch of over-extreme national security regulations. Thanks a lot, buddy. Thanks a f***ing lot. >:(

<3 (not really), RS

p.s. I accidentally lied when I said that this was a discussion. This is just a pile of questions thrown out into the universe, unanswered, so that I feel less confused and more satsfied that I'm not carrying all this on my shoulders forever...

WHY DOES STUFF LIKE THIS HAPPEN??!! :(

p.p.s. thanks a lot, you dick, for killing a harmless eight-year-old. I hope you're celebrating with a bottle of poisoned champagne. >:(

In Which I Feel Ultimately Wonderful for No Good Reason...

This is the physical embodiment of my happiness, except with a rainbow shooting out of its butt...

I honestly have no idea why I'm feeling so smiley and ultimately wonderful today. I mean, I have boring homework to do and I'm not currently writing anything. I'm not going to meet any friends for a Starbucks date or anything and I haven't consumed a ludicrously-large amount of caffeine today. I have no good reason to feel ultimately wonderful.

But yet, I do.

Maybe it's the feeling that I have purpose in my life (not that I didn't before), that I suddenly have a purpose to produce otherwise meaningless crap to an unknown audience of viewers from around the freaking world! BTW, thank you to whoever in Poland has taken interest in this obscure, B-list blog, not to mention the sudden interest spike in the page views, since I haven't published any new writings/new posts since a couple days after Margaret Thatcher's death (still miss her). I APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT!!!

Maybe it's the fact that I'm listening to music that causes my brain to shoot endorphin and adrenaline chemicals into my system, making me feel this ultimate wonderfulness. p.s., the remixes made by Aftermath are freaking amazing! You should totally check it out, unless you're not a total fan of the subject matter...
GO FREAKING CHECK IT OUT!!!

Maybe it's the fact that I've found organization in my life. It may sound a little vain to you people, but I've just organized my FavoriteArt on my DeviantArt page into individual categories, like a professional artist instead of a hack, sucky "artist" that rarely produces anything and just consumes 24/7. I've also edited my page to make it more awesome (depending on your definition of "awesome" in terms of your possible fandom towards me). Plz go check it out and if you have a DeviantArt account, PLZ watch me like the stalkers I know you are. ;)

Maybe it's the fact that I've found such AMAZING art! I found the artwork of viria13 on DeviantArt and have been having a ball looking around and picking my FavoriteArt from her broad collection. She even made an overly-amazing painting/drawing/what-have-you of Lily Evans (mother of Harry Potter, for those who live under a rock), which I'm currently using for my profile pic (if you're looking at this, viria13, I hope that this is okay. I just love your artwork so much!). Please support her artworks, as I am doing so. :)

Maybe it's the fact that it's such good weather outside. I can see the sunshine out from my windows. The reason I'm not out in it is a. I have no life, b. it's probably freezing outside, c. I'm such a freaking antisocial hermit, and d. I need to vent off my sudden adrenaline rush to the Internet. Don't question my motives!

Anyway, whatever it is, I'm glad I'm experiencing unnatural ultimate wonderfulness and I hope I use whatever's left of it to actually CREATE SOMETHING! I actually need to finish a scene I was writing about a week ago and post it to DeviantArt and CVON, AND post the scene I have on DeviantArt onto CVON, AND watch the Iron Giant. Can you believe it? I actually have The Freaking Iron Giant! :DDDD

I'm sorry. Got a lot to do, and unknown reserve of energy left to do it.
I hope your day's been as ultimately wonderful and completely unexpected as mine. If not, I wish you all the hugs and chocolate and magic in the world to make you feel better.

Margaret Thatcher

Margaret Thatcher
October 13, 1925 – April 8, 2013
Well, once again, another GHBMPA is gone. Many people my age may not know who Margaret Thatcher was, but they will know what she's done for the world. I mean, she was the first British Prime Minister to be a WOMAN, and England's been around for freaking centuries. She continued to fight for the right to be heard and for the respect she deserved for working so hard. There aren't enough words to describe the greatness of what Margaret Thatcher was, so I'll just leave this with the words "we will miss you, you remarkable, amazing, and inspiring woman". RIP Margaret Thatcher.

<3, RS

p.s. sorry I haven't posted this sooner. I've been too busy (i.e. lazy) to finish. ;)

Well, this week just gets better and better...

Roger Ebert
6/18/1942 - 4/4/2013

Yes, as you may have heard by now, Roger Ebert, the most famous and beloved movie critic in Western Civilization, has passed away earlier today. This is depressing me even further with the previous death of Richard Griffiths because, even though I wasn't really a fan of him and his reviews, I'm slowly realizing that the things that were once great are slowly being taken away from us. I mean, Richard Griffiths was the living definition of Uncle Vernon from JK Rowling's head, and now that's gone, taken away from us in a matter of seconds. And with Roger Ebert gone, I feel like some of the greatness in the world is slowly being corroded to the point where all that will be left in the future are the Toddlers and Tiaras brats and more airheaded a-holes from the Bachelor(ette) and Jersey Shore.

WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS, GOD??!! WHY HAST THOU TAKEN ALL THAT IS GOOD IN THIS WORLD AWAY FROM US???!!!

I'm sorry. I'm just trying to deal with the weekly deaths of the Great Human Beings that Made this Planet Awesome (GHBMPA).
On a more non-depressing note, if you say the acronym I just made up, it sounds like you're sneezing. :)

Anyway, good-bye Roger Ebert. The world of movies won't be the same without you...
<3, RS

p.s. here's a lovely sendoff to Ebert via the Nostalga Critic. Enjoy tearing up beside him in the last couple of minutes of the video: http://blip.tv/nostalgiacritic/nostalgia-critic-farewell-to-roger-ebert-6564382
